About Me
My background
With years of experience with multiple roles in emergency medicine and surgery, I am bringing my nursing knowledge and skills beyond the bedside and into the bedrock of change on behalf of our veterans and servicemembers. As a Doctoral student of nursing practice, I am working to create real change and awareness for veteran mental health, suicide and the resources to improve transition to civilian life.
My writing roots
As a Bachelor's prepared nurse, I am equipped with knowledge to navigate the murky waters of research to find the alternative and effective methods to improve outcomes and increase hope by bridging the gap between veteran and resources.

My style is flexible, professional and efficient. I leverage personal experience, a strong sense of advocacy and peer reviewed research to give publications a solid framework for their target audiences.
